The Learning Session will assist all the members of the health care team to understand how they all have input in the workflow surrounding suicide risk assessments and connecting to Special Needs Units. We will also provide more information to the PCMH participants about the Telephonic Psychiatric Consultation Service Program and how that can assist them to improve patient outcomes this will also include an update on the new behavioral health and substance use information sharing laws.

10:30 a.m. to 11:25 a.m. – Breakouts: Utilizing ICPs and the TiPS Program, and How PCMHs can Benefit from their Use
Two breakout options:
- Integrated Care Plan (ICP) Program
- Telephonic Psychiatric Consultation Service Program (TiPS)
The ICP Program discussion will be an interactive discussion facilitated by the Health Federation.
The TiPS breakout discussion will be led by the regional TiPS team, Penn State Health, with implementation examples from All About Children. Representatives include:
- James G. Waxmonsky, MD, Professor of Psychiatry and Behavioral Health, University Chair in Child Psychiatry, Penn State University, Division Chief, Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, Penn State Health
