PCMH Pediatric Nursing Care (PNC) Introductory Learning Session 11.15.23

The session will provide the PCMHs healthcare teams who are eligible to be part of the Pediatric Nursing Care Program, meaning those that have at least 20 children receiving shift care nursing services, because of complex medical needs, the information needed to establish best practices and workflows to provide care for these patients and their families.
