Members of the care team will learn about a variety of evidence-based strategies for providing fourth trimester and interconception care to patients in family practice and pediatric settings. The session will also include peer-to-peer learning related to implementation of PDSA cycles in these settings and guidance on the "DO" stage of the PDSA cycle.
