We learned during the 2023 learning sessions that PCMH practices were seeking more education on how to more effectively address workforce shortages. This learning session will provide education on strategies and best practices to train and develop staff to help promote retention and growth, including externships and apprenticeships, and provide information about regional workforce resources.
