Participants will explore how peer recovery support specialists contribute a distinct, complementary perspective within interdisciplinary Centers of Excellence teams and how clear scope of practice supports effective collaboration. They will also examine the role of supervision, training, ethical boundaries, and decision-making tools in strengthening peer practice, role clarity, and workforce retention.
