• Keeping patients engaged in their care is challenging; knowledge of what (particularly with value-based care patterns) is most engaging is needed.
• Keeping physicians engaged through payment programs is constantly challenging. Newest approaches to this are useful to know.
• Keeping staff engaged in appropriate care interventions often requires special incentives. Knowledge of how those interventions for working (and not working) is needed.
• CMS and CMMI regulations are changing; practitioners need to know what changes to their practice may be needed.
• Learning organizations more effectively and efficiently spread best practices; knowledge of how to do that will be useful.
