Participants will reflect on quality improvement work completed throughout the 2026 Perinatal Sprint and learn from the experiences of peer PCMH teams testing changes in practice. Through shared results and lessons learned, teams will explore opportunities to sustain and scale successful changes and apply insights from the sprint to future quality improvement efforts.

  • Recap what was learned/shared throughout the sprint

9:25 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. – 2026 Final Session Guidance – Robert Ferguson, MPH, Chief Policy Officer, Pittsburgh Regional Health Initiative

  • Review what will be happening at the finale event including the PDSA posters

9:30 a.m. to 10:25 a.m. – PCMH Peer-to-Peer Learning – Various PCMHs, to answer the prompts:

  • Briefly describe your PCMH's quality improvement goal and the intervention(s) your team implemented during the PDSA cycle.
  • What measures did your team track to assess the effectiveness of the intervention, and what did the data show?
  • What key lessons emerged from your team's experience implementing and evaluating the change?
  • What strategies is your PCMH considering to sustain and/or scale these improvements moving forward?
