Participants will reflect on quality improvement work completed throughout the 2026 Perinatal Sprint and learn from the experiences of peer PCMH teams testing changes in practice. Through shared results and lessons learned, teams will explore opportunities to sustain and scale successful changes and apply insights from the sprint to future quality improvement efforts.

- What measures did your team track to assess the effectiveness of the intervention, and what did the data show?
- What key lessons emerged from your team's experience implementing and evaluating the change?
- What strategies is your PCMH considering to sustain and/or scale these improvements moving forward?
