Members of the care team will learn how to effectively use patient advisors to identify and address the root causes of missed well-child and adolescent well-care visits. The presentation will be supplemented by facilitated peer-peer discussion, and participants will also be briefed on the results and progress on key interventions from the midyear sprint surveys.
