Important Updates and Reminders

If you are having issues accessing your series, please use the workaround described below:

If you still have an automated session approval email in your inbox (specifically of the series you’re looking to create a session for):

(1) Click on the session title in that email, only select the session title in the link (example highlighted below), selecting the series title will populate the error message. The previous session will open.

(2) Once on the previously approved session page, you can select SESSION under ADD CONTENT. Once the new session is submitted and approved, the code can be accessed by clicking on the session title in the new automated approval email you receive. If you have any questions, email ccehs_support@upmc.edu

Sessions for 2025 should not be submitted until the 2025 RSS renewal process has been completed. Instructions for that process will be forthcoming.
  • The CE Information Sheet and COI Disclosure Form were updated as of February 1, 2022.  Use of the current versions is required.  Outdated forms will not be accepted.
  • Sessions may not be submitted for approval more than 90 days in advance.
  • The COI Disclosure Form requires course directors, planners, speakers, and moderators to disclose all relationships with an ineligible company (previously referred to as a commercial interest) for the previous 24 months (previously 12 months).
  • Accreditation standards require the identification and mitigation of relevant financial relationships that have been disclosed by course directors, planners, speakers, moderators, and others who will control educational content, prior to the person assuming their role. The CE Information Sheet ensures compliance with accreditation standards. For additional information, including guidance for faculty, course directors and planning committee, visit, https://cce.upmc.com/COI.
