Applications for new Regularly Scheduled Series are approved annually between October 1 and December 15. Credit will be awarded beginning January 1.

COI Disclosure 

  • The 2025 COI Disclosure Form has been in effect since February 1, 2025. For all new series and activities, please use the 2025 form. The 2022 COI Disclosure Form will no longer be accepted after January 1, 2026.
  • Identification and mitigation of relevant financial relationships must be completed using the CME Information Sheet before the individual assumes their role. TIP: Review the COI Disclosure Form to ensure it is complete when you receive it and prior to uploading. This will help avoid delays.

90 Day Advance Submission Limit

  • Sessions may not be submitted for approval more than 90 days before the activity date.
  • Sessions MUST be submitted at least 3 days prior to the activity date.
