Annual Application Cycle for New Regularly Scheduled Series

Applications for new Regularly Scheduled Series are approved annually between October 1 and December 15. Credit will be awarded beginning January 1.

Important Updates and Reminders

  • The COI Disclosure Form has been updated as of February 1, 2025.  Use of the current version is encouraged, but if the 2022 COI Disclosure Form has already been distributed, it is acceptable. The 2022 Disclosure Form will no longer be accepted as of January 1, 2026.  Said differently, the 2022 form is not wrong, but the 2025 form is much better formatted and easier to complete. For new series, please use the 2025 COI Disclosure Form.
  • Sessions may not be submitted for approval more than 90 days in advance.
  • The COI Disclosure Form requires course directors, planners, speakers, and moderators to disclose all relationships with an ineligible company (previously referred to as a commercial interest) for the previous 24 months (previously 12 months).
  • Accreditation standards require the identification and mitigation of relevant financial relationships that have been disclosed by course directors, planners, speakers, moderators, and others who will control educational content, prior to the person assuming their role. The CE Information Sheet ensures compliance with accreditation standards.
